At Fervor Magazine Studios Inc., we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
Physical Goods
If you purchase physical merchandise from Fervor Magazine Studios Inc. (such as branded promotional items, development kits, or hardware accessories), you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be in original packaging and unused condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item
- To initiate a return, contact hello@fervormagazine.com with your order number
Digital Services & Development
Custom game development services are governed by individual project contracts. Refund terms for development milestones are specified in each agreement. Generally:
- Deposits for work not yet commenced may be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee
- Work in progress is non-refundable but may be transferable to future projects at our discretion
- Completed deliverables are not eligible for refunds
Free Social Games
Jackpot Crush and other free social casino games available on Google Play are free to download and play. No purchases are made through this website. For in-app purchase refunds, please refer to Google Play's refund policies.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective physical product from Fervor Magazine Studios Inc., contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
